October PTO Meeting *Date Changed*
Our October PTO meeting that was originally scheduled for this Thursday has been changed to Thursday, October 10 at 9:00 a.m. We'll be meet in the Intermediate School library.
This month's agenda includes planning for the Halloween parade and a Science Assembly. We'll do a recap of our fundraiser to date and briefly discuss our budget. And we'll start organizing committees.
Join a committee We're putting together committees to organize volunteer efforts with tasks ranging from decorating for holidays to planning social events to teacher appreciation to organizing parent volunteers. Committees can choose their own way and time to communicate, so if you want to be involved but can't make our planning meetings on Thursday mornings, you can still help out. September Thank You's
We want to thank all of you who prepared food for our Parent Teacher Conference dinners and who helped with our safety fair. We also want to give a shout out to Leger's Deli for donating meat and cheese trays to feed our teachers. And to NSL Police, South Davis Fire and UTA for coming to talk to our students about safety.
